The pool area is about 84m2, with an 8m x 4m heated indoor swimming pool, three large electric Velux windowsl and glass sliding doors on one side leading to the terraces and gardens.

There is a 24m2 sitting area with steps and balcony to a  dressing, shower and Sauna room

Leading directly from the pool the Sauna room has an all glass 120cmx90cm multi jet shower cabinet, w.c., wash hand basin and 4-5 place infra-red Sauna, with the latest technology carbon heat emitters.
